PRODUCT REGISTRATION

Congratulations on purchasing your new Global Defense firearm!

Pursuant to our Limited Warranty Policy, Global Defense will repair defects in material or workmanship associated with the firearm without charge to the original purchaser for one (1) year. (This agreement is non-transferable; its benefits apply only to the original retail purchaser. Firearm accessories are not covered under this policy).

Please send the attached Product Registration Form within 30 days upon purchase to register your Global Defense product. Proof of purchase, including a receipt or invoice, must be provided with your registration. Forms can be submitted either by certified or registered mail. Forms may also be printed, filled out and emailed to the address provided on the form.

To make a repair claim, contact Global Defense at: 1753B N. Powerline Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, or email [email protected], or call (954) 532-7621 for instructions on how to return your firearm. Do NOT return your firearms for service without prior authorization.

When contacting customer service, please have the owner’s name, address, model, and serial number available. This information will help the service representative to expedite your request.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, corrosion, neglect, abuse or unreasonable use, misuse, defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse, ammunition failures or use of defective or improper ammunition, lack of maintenance, non-factory part installations, alterations or modifications to the firearm, disassembly beyond the field stripping instruction sin the product’s manual (where applicable), normal or ordinary wear and tear, criminal misuse, negligence, use under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Global Defense, and their employees, agents, distributors and partners do not make, and are not entitled or authorized to make, any warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the firearm, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only limited warranty provided is from Global Defense, pursuant to terms and limitations stated herein. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as an implied or express warranty on behalf of Global Defense or as an implied or express warranty beyond the terms above.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, GLOBAL DEFENSE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.

Global Defense shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if Global Defense has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Global Defense reserves the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts. If Global Defense determines that the firearm is not repairable, we will replace the firearm with a firearm of similar feature and product class at Global Defense’ sole determination and at no replacement cost to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.

Warranty Service Procedure

Please send the Product Registration form within 30 days of purchase to register your firearm with Global Defense. Proof of purchase, including a receipt or invoice, must be provided with your registration. Forms may be submitted either by certified or registered mail, or via electronic mail, to the address provided on the form. To obtain warranty service, you must return your firearm to Global Defense. Do not attempt to return your firearm to Global Defense without first contacting the company.

You can contact Global Defense by email at [email protected] or via the company website (https://dev.globaldefense.us/contact/) at the address Contact. An Authorized Global Defense Representative can determine if Global Defense factory service is required and how to proceed.

If your firearm must be returned to Global Defense, you will be responsible to pay the freight charges to Global Defense. Before any firearm is returned to Global Defense, you must get a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Firearms returned to Global Defense without an RA number will be denied warranty service.

When the firearm is received by Global Defense it will be inspected to determine if it is a proper claim for warranty repair. Global Defense will pay the freight charges to return the repaired firearm to the owner’s FFL of choice. Global Defense is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.
